Winthrop Rink has 9 dedicated, passionate members on the Board of Directors that are constantly searching for ways to improve the rink. In addition, Winthrop Rink employs 4 year-round positions: Executive Director, Program Manager, Operations & Marketing Manager, and Facility Manager. Seasonally, the rink employs 30 additional positions. And over 100 volunteers work to make our year-round programs possible.
