Grunnah Power Skating Clinics

Acclaimed power skating coach, Christian Grunnah, is coming back to the Winthrop Rink this winter. Grunnah can help you become a better hockey player by teaching you to skate move creatively, dynamically, and with full confidence. Players don't just learn techniques; they embody them. Grunnah provides players with unique tools and a dynamic skill set for direct, in-game application to be an impact player both with and without the puck.
Details
Christian Grunnah is known for helping hockey players identify and fine-tune their skating strengths while addressing and correcting weaknesses in order to become complete hockey players. Grunnah’s method develops the entire player, offering advanced techniques in all aspects of on-ice performance. The training is designed to give players more tools for direct in-game application both with and without the puck. He doesn't just train the body, but the individual as a whole. You will come away feeling more confident in your skating and your ability to perform at your best every time you take the ice.
The Clinics
Grunnah will hold two clinics; one for Adults, ages 15+ and one for Youth, ages 9-14 (8 year olds may attend with a coach approval). Participants must have at least two years of experience playing hockey.
Adult - Cost: $120
