Schedule

Freestyle figure Skating

Cost: $15 per session

Details: We offer 2-3 freestyle skating sessions each week for figure skaters. These sessions allow skaters to practice and train advanced skating skills, choreography, jumps, and spin techniques.

In the community spirit of the Winthrop Rink, each freestyle session begins with a 15 minute group warm-up led by our coaching staff, consisting of a combination of stroking and edge work. All levels are welcome! The remainder of the session is open for individual's to practice independently and/or take private lessons.

Drop-in HOckey / Stick & Puck

DROP-IN HOCKEY

Details: We offer a wide variety of Drop-In Hockey sessions to suit your experience level.

Cost: $15 per session. Goalies FREE

Eligibility: Ages 15+

Requirements: Full equipment (pads and helmet with at least half-shield face protection)

STICK & PUCK

Details: Stick & Puck is a skating session where anyone can come out to test their skills and practice with a stick and puck. These are non-competitive sessions and no scrimmaging is strictly enforced.

Intensity: Varies by session. See Schedule for details.

Cost: $10 per session. $Goalies FREE

Eligibility: All ages are welcome

Requirements: Youth 14 and under must wear full equipment. Players 15+ must wear helmet (with face protection and chin strap).
